Filofax A5 Chameleon Black :: Welcoming Autumn in Australia

After almost nine years of living here in Australia, it still feels strange thinking that the month of March is the beginning of Autumn season. Whereas it is Spring season in India where I grew up. How wonderful is this Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere division and the entire universe that god has created. I must say that he (The Almighty) is the best designer ever!

Lately the weather has been very pleasant here in Sydney. I always thought that Spring was the only season that I loved. But No!, I realised that I actually love all seasons. I love the very fact that we have seasons to enjoy. I am actually loving Autumn. And to welcome Autumn, I decorated my pages in the Autumn inspired colour theme and added a few cute Squirrel friends. I miss the cute Squirrels & Sparrows that I used to see everywhere, everyday in India. Here are my photos dedicated to the cute Squirrel & Sparrow species :)

  1. Your pages are just the best! (And I usually hate decorations in a planner.)

  2. The font you use is irresistible! Did you concoct this yourself or did you find it somewhere? I love it!

    1. Hi Joe, Thank you for stopping by and also for your kind words.
Which font are you talking about? The fonts on my blog or in my planner?

    2. I guess it would be your hand printing. I mapped it and it appears that you use upper case for all letters except for a, e, g, i, j, n, and y. I have never seen anyone do that before. I just wondered if that was of your own design or if you had copied it from somewhere else. And, if you would mind if I copied it? :-)

      Does that make sense?

    3. Hi Joe,

Lol! It is my own handwriting. I have NOT copied it from anywhere. If you notice my handwriting is different when I write the quote at the top my pages. I like different styles. And yes you are right, I use a mix of Upper Case and Lower case. I have no problems you getting inspired to use my handwriting style. Infact it makes me happy. And thank you for being courteous and asking before actually using the style. I really appreciate.

      Cheers,
      Malini
